To locate the titan of the trembling earth, you can find its reference point in the roast desert, near the West Pal dean Sea:

Players can walk to Great Tusk/Iron Threads (it seems large) to start the battle immediately. Like many Titans fights, there are two phases to complete, and we will break down to help you on the way:
Phrase 1
For Scarlet players, the great fang is a land/fight type Pokemon, so you must use the flying, water, grass, fairy and psychic types in your group. However, if you have the purple version, you should use fire, water and fight to defeat the Iron Threads (Earth/Steel Type Pokémon).
It is a good idea to have Pokémon 40-50 on your team to knock out this creature quickly. In addition, players must have some health elements, such as Hyper Potion and Full Restore, because this beast can instantly reduce the health bar of a Pokémon with a single attack.
Stage 2
Phase 2 of the Titan Trembling in Scarlet and Purple Pokémon requires that the players follow the large fang/iron caterpillars while traveling to a cave.
