A few days after the release of FIFA 22, EA Sports now also prepared the first update for football simulation. While the patch on the PC has already been published, the versions for PlayStation and Xbox will be supplied with the new update in the next few days. In advance, the creators have already shared the patch notes. We have summarized the most important changes in FIFA 22 for you.
Among other things, the developers take care of the goalkeepers, which many players have felt too much. In detail, EA Sports reduces the effectiveness of the keepers when shooting at the 11-meter range in the upper ranges of the gate. Somewhat stronger, however, goals are in finesse shots that are transported from outside the penalty area to the gate. Here players last scored many spectacular hits. Other goalkeeper animations should make the movements more realistic.
In addition, the referees in FIFA 22 (Buy Now 59.99 € / 53.99 €) improved. In certain situations, referees should now make smarter decisions.
